About the Game

Hyper Simon X is an Arcade Shoot 'Em Up Puzzle game that ingeniously blends SHMUP mechanics with the classic nostalgia of 'Simon Says' memory games. Prepare for a challenge like no other as you destroy the enemies in the exact order displayed!

In Hyper Simon X, level up by skillfully destroying ships in the shown order, with each level presenting a larger sequence just like Simon Says. Amplify your scores with combos, achieved by annihilating other ships and following the sequence. Stay vigilant against potential dangers like getting hit by other ships, dodging incoming shots, and avoiding wrong color hits with your special shot.

Hiper Simon X is based on the free game that I made for the Ludum Dare 41 'Hiper Simox 3000', the theme for the JAM was 'combine two incompatible genres.
