Keep a companion on your desktop

This is a desktop pet game. Place her in a corner of your desktop and see a familiar face whenever you look up from working, studying, browsing the web, or relaxing.

There are no schedules to complete and no need for constant attention. Keep her by your side with your favorite static or animated wallpaper, or temporarily hide her and enjoy the scenery on its own.

She blinks, breathes, and looks your way

The game includes one desktop pet character with natural blinking, breathing, and idle movements. Her head and eyes follow your cursor, while her hair and clothes sway gently with her movements.

Arrange and control her your way

• Drag the character to move her. Hover over her and scroll the mouse wheel to resize her from 55% to 450%.
• Switch always-on-top on or off to keep her in front of other windows or let her stay behind them.
• Transparent areas around and within the character let mouse clicks pass through. Enable Lock to let mouse input pass through the entire character.
• Hide the character when you need to focus, then show her again from the system tray menu. Hiding her does not stop the active animated wallpaper.
• Use the right-click and system tray menus to change settings, switch characters and wallpapers, lock, show or hide the character, or exit the game. You can also show or hide the taskbar icon.

Bring your desktop scenery to life

The game includes static and animated wallpapers. Choose a gentle, still background or switch to an animated scene with drifting motes of light to bring a little movement to your desktop.

• Set a local GIF animation or MP4 video as an animated wallpaper that plays behind your desktop icons.
• The wallpaper selection menu brings together built-in wallpapers and downloaded, compatible Workshop wallpapers for easy switching.
• Turn off the wallpaper feature to restore the desktop background recorded before you enabled it.

Animated wallpapers play while the game is running. MP4 playback depends on the video's encoding and your system's decoding support.

Steam Workshop has separate Character and Wallpaper categories. Explore community creations for more desktop combinations beyond the built-in content.

• Browse, search, and subscribe to compatible community content. Once downloaded, select it from the corresponding menu.
• Share your own compatible character packages, or upload PNG/JPG static wallpapers, GIF/MP4 animated wallpapers, and preview images.
• Manage your published content by updating or deleting it.

Characters and wallpapers each have their own selection menu. Character animation depends on the resources used, and community content must use formats supported by the game.

Your desktop preferences, remembered

Character size, position, language, and display preferences are saved automatically. The game supports restoring placement across multiple monitors and adjusts it to the available screen area.

Steam Cloud can sync preferences such as character size, position, and language. You must be signed in to Steam with cloud sync enabled. Local wallpaper files and startup settings are not transferred through cloud saves.

Starting with Windows is supported and enabled by default on first use. You can turn it off in settings at any time. Only one instance of the game runs at a time to prevent duplicate launches.

Start in a familiar language

The interface supports 30 languages. On first launch, the game checks the Steam interface language first, then the game or system language if needed. You can change the language in settings at any time, and your choice is saved.

Collect a few mementos with ease

The game includes 10 Steam achievements. Use the achievement unlock option in the menu to unlock them in sequence, with no complex challenges required.

Pair your character with a favorite wallpaper and bring a little warmth and life to everyday computer time.
