About

Soulbuster is hiring. The interview is a cap-throwing gauntlet.

SOULS CAPS is a roguelite deckbuilder where your hands matter. Every throw plays out in two acts: first a rhythm phrase, where every note you nail sets up your throw with style. Then the impact: your puck slams into the pile, and caps flip over in a cascade. Rack up points, play the families to shape your pile and your build, and your deck becomes a score engine.

The beat decides how much falls. Your deck decides what it's worth.

FOUR FAMILIES TO BUILD AROUND

  • Skeletons raise what has fallen: small scores that score twice.
  • Imps dig by burning: what they devour will never score, and that's their price.
  • Golems convert instead of adding, lighting up synergies mid-fight.
  • Arcana chains, and reaches the bottom of the pile where the cascade never goes.

YOUR PUCK, YOUR CENTERPIECE
It's the one that hits. Twelve pucks, each with its own rhythm pattern and slots to set marbles into: passive or active abilities that crank up the power of your throw. Pick your belt, load your puck, and let the impact do the talking.

240 caps to collect, 37 marbles, 12 pucks, 4 starting decks. Turning down loot is a real choice: a lean deck sees its best caps more often.

SIGN A HARDER CONTRACT
Difficulty isn't a slider, it's a contract. Buy clauses, build your own contract, climb the ranks. Every clause pays a bonus tied to its difficulty, and victory stamps your deck.

THE CLIMB
Three worlds, fifteen stages, one life. The job is at the top.
