About

11 tanks that play differently

The roster includes the Panzer IV, T-34, Sherman, Tiger, Panther and Pershing, alongside tanks with more unusual setups. The AMX-13 carries a six-round autoloader, while the KV-7 can choose between twin 76 mm guns and a single 152 mm. The StuG and Sherman also have alternative guns, swapping their standard 7.5 cm and 76 mm cannons for 10.5 cm and 105 mm howitzers respectively.

Where you hit matters too. Rear shots do far more damage than frontal hits, shells can ricochet when they land at an angle, and every shot has travel time and drop. Getting around an enemy, using slopes and choosing where to take a fight all make a difference.

Change your tank between rounds

After every round, you earn currency to improve your tank for the rest of the match. You can build for firepower, mobility or protection, add equipment such as smoke, or even switch to a different tank.

The losing team gets more to spend after a round, so falling behind also gives you more room to change your setup and try something else.

Your round isn't over with your tank

When your tank is destroyed, you don't have to spend the rest of the round watching. Instead, you take over the roof machine gun on a teammate's tank and keep shooting until the next round begins.

Five battlefields that don't stay the same

Fight across desert, farmland, snow, tropical coast and a ruined city. The terrain changes between matches, so the same map does not give you exactly the same hills, dips and sightlines every time.

The battlefield also changes while you fight. Shells dig craters, trees can be knocked down, and walls, hedgerows and other pieces of cover can be shot apart.

Play alone or with friends

Queue on your own or bring a party of up to four. Bots fill empty places and real players can replace them as they join. They do more than drive toward the nearest enemy: bots share enemy positions, react to flanking attempts, change targets and push together when they have the advantage.

Try tanks in the practice range, or compete on the seasonal ladder from Bronze to Grandmaster. Your current rank is also shown on your tank as gold bands around the barrel.

Free to play

Play for free and expand your roster as you go. Unlock new tanks along the progression road, build mastery with the ones you use most, earn medals and titles, and customize your tanks with accents, charms and other cosmetics.
