About

Welcome to Oreia

The cave is rich, unstable, and on the clock. Drop in with a pick and a contract, build a mining operation worth defending, and be gone before the cave collapses - everything you can't ship out stays buried.

Swing the pick, read the wall

Every tile can pay out or blow up. Iron, silver and gold sit next to gas pockets that vent creeping clouds, buried traps on a half-second fuse, and unstable rock that brings the ceiling down. Mining fast is how you get rich. Mining carelessly is how you watch your ore burn.

Then put the pick down - deploy the robots

Your arms don't scale*. Miner robots chew through the veins you mark, trucks haul ore home over roads you lay, builder robots keep the base growing while you plan the next dig. And robots break down out there in the dark - a dead miner pings your map, and heading out and making field repairs is a rescue worth making.

*Choose the mining-focused Vanguard class and your arms definitely DO scale.

Refine everything - every step multiplies the payday

Raw ore is the floor, not the price. Crush it, separate it, leach it, smelt it - a full processing chain turns a truckload of ore into five times the credits. But refined cargo still has to be shipped before it counts, and a smelter running mid-raid is a promise you have to defend.

The cave notices

The richer your operation gets, the harder it hits back. Raiders come for your robots, your buildings, and your unbanked ore - and every minute spent fighting is a minute not spent mining. Keep the trucks rolling, build walls, security droids and turrets to automate your defense.

Ten minutes, or an hour. Then it's gone.

Instability climbs from the moment you land. Meteors hammer your dig sites, the map's edges collapse inward, and when the timer dies the site dies with it - along with everything you didn't ship. Call the extraction and run the gauntlet, or push one more vein and risk facing the Miner Recovery Tax™.

Back at the Corporate Hub™

Between contracts, spend your earnings on permanent upgrades, identify relics discovered during the mission, unlock new building blueprints, and pick your next job on a procedurally generated frontier. Richer contracts, nastier caves.

Prefer to dig in peace?

Sandbox mode: no timer, no collapse, just you, the robots, and a cave that never bites back.
