Description
Search an abandoned Appalachian forest, complete objectives, and escape before midnight. Survive alone against a deceptive hunter or enter 3–5 player multiplayer, where one of your friends can become the Wendigo and hide among the group.
About
Something followed them into the woods
You are stuck, the abandoned cabins, campsites, and ranger station may contain what you need to escape but you are not alone. Something watches from beyond the flashlight beam. It mimics familiar voices, hides among the wildlife, and becomes increasingly aggressive as midnight approaches.
SURVIVE ALONE
Solo mode is a tense survival-horror experience built around exploration, limited resources, and an unpredictable creature that hunts through deception rather than brute force alone.
Search isolated landmarks for supplies, manage fear and ammunition, and return to your car before midnight. The creature can stalk from outside your vision, imitate deer, disguise itself among the trees, and exploit every moment you begin to feel safe.
HUNT YOUR FRIENDS
In multiplayer, one player secretly becomes the Wendigo while the others are scattered throughout the forest.
The stranded players must regroup, complete objectives, and find a way out. The Wendigo can walk among them disguised as another survivor or abandon subtlety and hunt them through the darkness.
Transform between four forms:
- Wendigo — Hunt, attack, howl, and feed on fallen survivors.
- Survivor— Blend into the group and turn their trust against them.
- Deer— Move through the forest without immediately revealing yourself.
- Tree — Become part of the landscape and wait for someone to come too close.
Use deceptive cries, frightening howls, sudden transformations, and carefully timed attacks to divide the group. Survivors must decide whether the person approaching through the fog is a friend or something wearing their face.
FEAR CHANGES EVERYTHING
Fear is more than a number. Terrifying encounters affect movement, exhaustion, and the ability to aim under pressure. Panic may help you escape immediate danger, but it can leave you vulnerable when you need strength most.
Footsteps in the woods could belong to a deer, another survivor, or the creature following directly behind you.
