Description

Aim trainers give you more drills. FPS Performance Lab tells you why you miss. A 10-minute test shows exactly what goes wrong: do you fly past the target, stop too early or lose it when it moves? You get one thing to fix, then check whether it really helped.

About

Missing shots? Find out why.

Most aim trainers just give you more drills. FPS Performance Lab first finds out why you miss. In about 10 minutes you'll see how you really move your crosshair and which habit is costing you the most hits.

Instead of a vague “aim better”, you get something concrete, for example: “In 14 of 32 movements you go past the target.”

How it works

  • Take the test – about 10 minutes, always under the same conditions, so your results can be compared fairly.
  • See what's off – an Aim Score from 0 to 100 and the one thing that matters most, shown on your own attempts.
  • Change one thing – your technique or a single setting. Not everything at once.
  • Practice – short drills picked for exactly your problem.
  • Check the result – take the test again. The app tells you straight: it helped, it didn't, or it's too early to tell. One lucky day won't be mistaken for progress.

No more changing your DPI, sensitivity and routine on the same evening and guessing what worked.

What we check

  • Flick – how quickly and cleanly you get to the target.
  • Stopping – whether you stop on the target, go past it or fall short.
  • Tracking – whether you stay on a target that moves and suddenly changes direction.
  • Consistency – whether you aim the same way from your first attempt to your last.

Reaction time and recoil control are shown separately – fast reflexes won't hide sloppy mouse control.

Not just a score – see where it comes from

  • End-point map – exactly where your crosshair stops compared to the center of the target.
  • Direction and distance – which way and at what distance you miss most often.
  • Honest assessment – the app tells you when there isn't enough data to say anything yet, and what to do about it.
  • Reaction time in milliseconds.

Everything in one place

  • Technique Analysis – shows what happens during each movement and which mistakes keep repeating.
  • Aim Training – short rounds of flicks, precision, tracking and reaction.
  • Weapon Training – learn manual recoil control on fictional weapons you set up yourself.
  • Vision Training – spot targets faster and see more out of the corner of your eye.
  • Pre-Match Warm-Up – a ready-made 5, 8 or 12-minute routine.
  • Control Optimizer – compares three sensitivity options (95%, 100% and 105%) and suggests which one is worth a full test.
  • Game Profiles – sensitivity, ADS, eDPI and cm/360 in one place, with conversion.
  • Progress History and a PDF report – see how you're improving and save your results to show your coach or friends.

It never touches your games

FPS Performance Lab is a separate program. No overlay, no reading game memory, no aiming for you, and it doesn't change anything in your games or system. It only reads your mouse while its own window is active. All your results stay on your computer.

The app automatically uses the language you use on Steam. You can change it any time in Settings.

Don't train more. Train what matters.

No “magic sensitivity”, no overnight miracles. You get a reliable measurement, a clear tip and an honest answer about whether your change helped – even when that answer is “no”.
