About
[For streamers] HUG&BETRAY is a party psychology game designed to be streamed. Live streaming, recording, clips, shorts and monetization are all pre-approved for individuals, companies and agency talents — no permission needed. Hug, or Betray
Adorable plushies gathered in an ominous dark room.
Every round, all players secretly choose one of three actions — revealed at the same moment.
HUG — Trust and embrace. If everyone hugs, everyone survives
SWORD — Go for the betrayal: cut down a hugger
GUN — Smell the betrayal: shoot down the sword
45 seconds to think.
The real question isn't what you'll play.
It's what they'll play.
Every Lie Gets Exposed
In-game chat is wheel phrases and free comments. "I'm hugging," "Trust me this time," "Someone will betray us" — but nothing anyone says has to be true.
At the reveal, if words don't match actions, a red tag stabs into the message: "→ That was a lie."
The evidence of the betrayal stays on screen, in front of everyone.
Taunt, bluff, and rack up points.
Ever wanted to make your favorite streamer squirm?
Next round — can you still hug them?
The Stream IS the Game Board — A New Kind of Viewer-Participation Game
Until now, "viewer participation" streams meant playing on your own screen while the stream ran in the background — you joined your favorite streamer's game, but you barely watched their stream.
HUG&BETRAY flips that. The game board is the stream itself.
The round table, the timer, the simultaneous reveal — it all happens on the streamer's screen. Viewers watch the stream and simply pick their move on their phone. No install needed — open a URL in your browser and take a seat at the table.
・Phones never show the results — at the reveal, every player's eyes are on the stream
・Manual host progression lets streamers commentate at their own pace
・Designed to work smoothly even with stream delay
Watch your favorite streamer's reaction — while you betray them.
Play with friends, with viewers, with strangers. Who'll be the sore loser howling at the moon?
