Description
Sneak & Snitch is a multiplayer social deduction heist. Thieves disguised as museum visitors forge paintings and swap them right under the guard's nose. The guard patrols on a Segway, spotting fakes and suspicious moves. Blend in, bluff your friends, and pull off the perfect art heist.
About
Sneak & Snitch is an online social deduction game for up to 8 players. A team of thieves hides among the museum visitors and swaps real paintings for their own forgeries. The guard rides a Segway and hunts them down. When time runs out, a forgery report shows exactly who fooled whom.
THIEVES
Pick a painting. Open the forgery editor and paint your own copy: place the shapes, choose the background, match the colors. The closer your forgery, the harder it is to spot. Swap it for the real one while the guard is looking elsewhere, and the money is yours.
Your cover is the crowd. Visitors wander, stop, and look at art. Move like them, use the emote wheel to act like them, and never run. The moment you behave like a thief, you look like one.
THE GUARD
Ride through the halls and compare the paintings on the walls against the museum records. Found a fake? Open the investigation board: it reveals the thief's outfit piece by piece (shirt, pants, shoes, gloves, hat) until you can pick them out of the crowd. Stun the right person and the arrest is yours. Shock an innocent visitor and the shock comes back to you.
Caught thieves come back as ghosts and float over the chaos until the round ends.
THE FORGERY REPORT
Every round ends with the report. Each forgery is shown next to its original with its accuracy score, who painted it, when it was swapped, and how long it took the guard to notice, if they ever did. Undetected forgeries count for the thieves. Every catch counts for the guard. Then you argue about it in the room and go again.
