Description
Bad at drawing? Perfect. Name your doodle and it returns as a beast with an element, stats, and moves; the name feeds the result. Raise a ranch of them and battle strangers' doodles, or trade a room code, draw three to a theme on the spot, and fight a friend in real time.
About
Bad at drawing? Perfect.
Rakugaki Beast is a creature-raising battler where your doodles come to life and fight. Even a four-legged maybe-animal will come back carrying an element, stats, and moves of its own.
■ The name is part of the work
Scrawl something on the canvas, then name it and hit register. The name is an ingredient: the same drawing registered as "Fluffzo" or "Deathfang" comes back as a different beast with different moves. What you get stays a surprise until it arrives.
■ A quick scribble comes back with a signature move
Every beast arrives with its own move names and a catchphrase with its name worked in. It runs the other way, too: the drawing you labored over delivers a one-liner that undoes you. Every registration is a little unveiling.
■ Watch them on the ranch, then send three into battle
Your beasts hang around the ranch on their own. Pick three favorites and head into turn-based battles built on element matchups! Attack, switch, or guard. Strong moves cost more, so you can't spam them. Little to memorize, plenty to weigh.
■ One room code, three beasts made minutes ago
Trade a room code and you are in a realtime 3-on-3 with a friend. Choose Instant and it starts from nothing: one theme, three doodles each, drawn right there. Your raised roster stays home. You fight with the three you just made, and you do not see your friend's until they finish.
■ A stranger's doodle shows up on your doorstep
Share your team and your beasts go off to face other players. Strangers' scribbles come to face you, too. You'll be grinning at their move names before the first turn.
Waiting for you:
- Draw it, name it, and see what comes back
- Register the same drawing under different names and compare what's born
- Watch the ranch fill up with your creations
- Win turn-based battles built on elements, costs, and switching
- Record the beasts you made and the beasts you met in your collection
- Share a favorite team and send it off to someone else's ranch
- Share a room code with a friend and fight with three beasts drawn on the spot
Inappropriate drawings are rejected at registration.
