About

City And War is a single-player strategy game that combines city building, economic management, and real-time warfare.

Your city is not merely a background for the battlefield. Every farm, factory, and resident affects the food, equipment, and supplies available to your army. At the same time, the outcome of each battle determines whether your city can continue to grow.

[Build and Manage Your City]

Begin with farms, homes, and basic workshops, then gradually develop a more complex urban system.

Plan how to use limited space, construct new facilities, expand the population, and balance agriculture, industry, commerce, and military production. A large collection of buildings does not automatically create a successful city. Long-term growth depends on maintaining a stable cycle of production and consumption.

[Manage Different Social Classes]

Your population includes farmers, workers, citizens, engineers, scientists, merchants, civil servants, and other specialized groups.

Each class has its own role, employment, and needs. Farms require labor, factories need workers, advanced facilities depend on engineers and scientists, while administration and trade require their own supporting population.

An unbalanced population can lead to idle factories, shortages, and financial pressure. Careful population management is essential to keeping the city functioning.

[Create Interconnected Production Chains]

Resources must be gathered, processed, and manufactured before they can become consumer goods, construction materials, vehicles, and military equipment.

Food, timber, minerals, and other raw materials move through different production facilities. Building more factories is not always the answer—you must also manage raw materials, labor, inventory, consumption, and income.

Warfare depends on the economy behind it. Even a powerful army cannot fight for long without a functioning industrial base.

[Command Real-Time Battles]

Deploy infantry, artillery, vehicles, tanks, and other units. Control their movement and attacks, then adjust your tactics according to enemy numbers, formations, and weapons.

Each type of unit serves a different purpose. Ranged firepower can suppress enemy forces, armored units can lead direct assaults, and even a large army may collapse when faced with an effective battlefield formation.

[Launch Expeditions]

Beyond the city lies an expedition map made up of interconnected locations.

Send expedition forces to new areas, compete for resources, encounter enemy armies, and expand your operational reach. Every expedition consumes supplies produced by the city, forcing you to decide when to advance, when to conserve your strength, and which objectives are worth the cost.

[Connect the City and the War]

The city provides population, industry, weapons, and supplies. Warfare secures resources and space for the city to survive.

Every economic decision may eventually be reflected on the battlefield, while every victory or defeat can change the future direction of your city.

Build your city, keep it running, and lead it through war.
