A BESTIARY THAT SHOWS NO MERCY
Enemies with behaviors of their own: enemies that burst on death, flyers that harass you from above, chargers that never hit the brakes, specters that phase through the geometry and shielded juggernauts that soak up magazine after magazine.
- ELITES AND AFFIXES that combine with one another: corrupting auras, enraged brutes, veterans that run faster than you.
- ELEMENTAL STATUS EFFECTS: burn them, freeze them and sow plagues that spread from body to body on their own.
- COLOSSAL BOSSES with phases of their own, each one waiting at the end of the road.
DEVASTATING ARSENAL AND MODIFIER SYSTEM
Wield an arsenal of 14 unique weapons, from plasma pistols and double-barreled shotguns to flamethrowers, RPG rocket launchers and the lethal Railgun, and twist them with over 300 firing modifiers.
Explosive bullets. Voltaic arcs. Toxic clouds. Freezing impacts. Napalm pools. Projectiles that bounce between skulls, punch through entire ranks or hunt down their next victim on their own.

Rebuild your playstyle in the middle of the chaos. Buy weaponry from the machines scattered across the map, push your luck at the Fate Chest or take your weapon to the GALACTIC FORGE

PERMANENT PROGRESSION
Every run counts. Head back to your CENTRAL GARAGE and invest the resources you earned into a sprawling Skill Tree: permanent upgrades to damage, health, speed and lethality that stay with you from the next incursion onwards.
Test builds without limits at the shooting range, unlock new machines and decide which face you're wearing this time.
