Sealcoating Simulator is a first-person game about the oddly satisfying craft of sealing asphalt. Pour it, spread it, and watch a tired old driveway turn deep black and glossy. It is calm, cozy and weirdly hard to put down: the kind of game you start for five minutes and look up an hour later.

There's something deeply satisfying about watching a cracked, sun-bleached driveway disappear under a fresh coat of glossy black sealant. Sealcoating Simulator turns that unglamorous chore into a first-person ritual: pour it, spread it, and watch the transformation happen in real time.
REAL FLUID SIMULATION
Sealant behaves like sealant. Pour it thick, drag it thin, and watch it flow and settle exactly where you push it. No pre-baked animations.
A SLOW, SATISFYING LOOP
Pick up the hose, work the squeegee, and watch a worn-out driveway turn deep black and glossy, one stroke at a time.
CO-OP WITH FRIENDS
Grab a second drier and split the work with up to 4 friends, locally or online, or turn the hose on them instead. Full co-op, chaos included, no matter where your friends are.
