Description

Pixie is a pixel desktop pet that mirrors your face through your webcam in real time. It follows your head turns and blinks, obeys hand gestures, startles at sudden noises, remembers you and chats back. Twelve characters are included, and all vision runs locally on your own machine.

About

Your desktop just adopted a pet — and it's copying your face.

Pixie is a crew of 12 tiny pixel companions that live on top of your windows. Turn your head, blink, talk, smirk — your pet mirrors you live through your webcam. Not a filter, not a video effect: a little creature with its own life, sitting at the bottom of your screen.

IT MIRRORS YOU, LIVE

Head direction, eye blinks, mouth, smiles, even a raised eyebrow — 🤨 right back at you. Powered by on-device vision that never touches the internet.

IT TALKS WITH ITS PAWS

✌️ makes it dance,

☝️ drags it around the screen,

✊ a closed fist sends it to sleep,

🖐 an open palm wakes it up.

Smart filtering keeps everyday hand movement from setting it off.

IT REACTS TO SOUND

Sudden noises startle it. It is a little dramatic about this.

IT CHATS BACK — AND REMEMBERS YOU

Just open the chat window and talk — the language model ships inside Pixie, so there is no key to get, no account to make and no setup at all. Every character answers in its own personality. Optional local memory means your pet remembers your name, your jokes and your late-night sessions. All of it stays on your machine.

TWELVE CHARACTERS, TWENTY-FOUR LOOKS

Cat, dog, rabbit, panda, hamster, penguin, fox, owl, ghost, dragon, robot and slime — each with two themes and its own voice. The chat window recolours itself to match whoever you pick. Everything is included; there is nothing to unlock.

IT HAS A LIFE OF ITS OWN

Moods that shift with the time of day, spontaneous naps (it yawns first), sudden zoomies, and a purr when you click it.

PRIVACY IS THE ARCHITECTURE, NOT A FEATURE

Every camera and microphone frame is processed on your own computer by on-device models. No footage, no audio and no images ever leave your PC. Neither does anything you type: the chat runs on a model that lives inside Pixie. It makes no network requests at all — you can unplug the internet and your pet will still talk to you.

MADE FOR STREAMERS

Park it on your stream as a desktop buddy — it sits above your windows, mirrors your expressions, and your chat will be obsessed.
