About

TimeslotTV is personal media software that organizes your video, audio, and image files into a simulated television experience — complete with numbered channels, a live-style program guide, and authentic TV controls.

Content plays continuously and in sync, like a real broadcast: when you change channels you join the stream mid-program rather than starting from the beginning. Each channel keeps its own running timeline, so your station keeps up the simulated broadcast whether you're watching or not. Don't worry, you can still skip forward and back if needed.

Turn your media library into a TV station

Point the Channel Scanner at your media folders and it builds out channels based on your existing folder structure. Nothing is streamed from the internet; all content comes from files on your own computer or local network. You can then view and fine-tune your lineup using the live Program Guide. See something you like in the guide but that isn't currently playing? No problem — drag the timeline or skip directly to any media block.

Controller Options

Navigate the media player with keyboard & mouse, gamepad, touch, or IR remote control, depending on your setup.

Effects Mode

Add screen curvature, scanlines, black & white, and other live filters.

PIN Lock

Lock the app on startup or lock individual channels behind a 6-digit PIN, with an optional "scrambled signal" effect.

Mini-Games

Adjust rabbit ears and VHS tracking settings using your gamepad.

Audio Player

Turn music folders into their own stations, with track info and an optional spectrum visualizer.

Photo Slideshow

Turn images into slideshow channels, with configurable duration, order, and transition effects.
