Make the mountain your own

Cut runs through the forest, then draw, name and rate your signature trails. Start with a modest surface lift and expand to chairlifts and gondolas. Add terrain parks, race courses and Nordic trails, with skiers and snowboarders using what you build.

Snowmaking, grooming and night skiing open new possibilities. Weather changes the plan, and every new lift needs somewhere worth going.

Build a village with life in it

Grow a warming hut into a destination with rentals, ski school, restaurants, cafés, shops and a skating rink. Watch individual guests ride the lifts, find their next run, take a break and head into the village. Their needs, moods and reviews tell you how the day is going.

Keep the lifts turning and the books balanced

Set prices, hire staff, manage loans and decide what your next winter can afford. Revenue from tickets, rentals, lessons and the village has to cover wages, maintenance, power and snowmaking. Your demand analyst helps you read the market; your guests tell you whether the experience is worth the price.

Go deeper with income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow reports and a valuation of your mountain. Pause to plan, or speed through a busy day and see how your choices work out.

Revive more than one hill

Choose a founder with their own strengths, history and ambitions. In Career Mode, acquire and restore real, historically lost ski areas across New England. Each hill adds another chapter, with caretakers looking after the mountains you leave behind.

Apex Summit Collective, the region's megapass conglomerate, has plans for your business too. Staff poaching, rumors and buyout offers put your independence to the test. Take the deal or keep building your own legacy.
