Run a chaotic IT service company with your friends! Answer the phones, fix the servers, calm the customers and land that big enterprise deal — all before the SLA clock runs out. Inspired by Overcooked-style couch co-op mayhem, set in the world's most stressful open-plan office.
About
TICKETS ARE COMING IN. THE COFFEE MACHINE IS ON FIRE. THE CUSTOMER IS WAITING.
MSP Mayhem is a chaotic co-op game about running a Managed Service Provider — the little IT company that keeps everyone else's technology alive. You and up to three friends answer the phones, haul support tickets to workstations, silence screaming alert monitors, swap dead drives in the datacenter, and sweet-talk customers into signing contracts... all at the same time, all against the clock.
Every resolved ticket keeps a customer happy. Every signed contract grows your monthly recurring revenue. Every missed SLA deadline costs you money, reputation — and maybe the whole month.
HOW A MONTH GOES WRONG
📞 Answer the phones — every ignored call is a customer you'll never win back
🎫 Work the tickets — carry them to a workstation and get them solved before the SLA timer turns red
🚨 Watch the NOC — when an alert monitor lights up, someone's server is about to die. Grab it in time or start running for spare parts
🔧 Fix the datacenter — broken hardware doesn't fix itself. Fetch parts from storage and get your hands dirty
🤝 Close the deals — customers walk in the front door. Small businesses are easy money. Enterprise clients (★★★) demand your A-game — and some levels won't let you pass without landing one
☕ Survive the chaos — random breakdowns, walkouts, month-end sanctions, and a coffee machine that should have been replaced years ago
EVERY OFFICE IS A NEW PUZZLE
Progress through a campaign of increasingly demanding offices and mechanics: new floor plans, locked doors that reroute your runs through the NOC, storage rooms at the wrong end of the corridor, and victory conditions that keep raising the bar — revenue targets, SLA compliance, phone service levels, datacenter uptime, customer satisfaction. One star gets you through. Three stars prove you actually run this place.
THE NUMBERS YOUR CUSTOMERS ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT
Revenue is only half of it. SLA compliance, phone service, availability and satisfaction all have to stay up, or the shift is a failure no matter how much you earned. Clear an office with room to spare and you bank stars.
Recurring revenue funds the R&D building on the campaign map: redundant servers, redundant networking, mirrored disks, an on-call mobile rack, and an AI assistant that panics on your behalf. Every upgrade you buy is one less fire to run to.
BUILT FOR COMMUNITY FROM DAY ONE
A full level editor ships with the game. Draw walls, hang doors, place every station and prop, write the shift rules, and play your office without leaving the editor. The campaign is built with the same tool - nothing is hidden from you. Community campaigns and level packs aren't an afterthought; they're the architecture.
