About

Sense of Scale

Count all the atoms in the universe, a trillion million times, do that for 100 times, then you get a single atom for the cabin

Incremental Fantasy

This is an incremental game centered around a googol-gear machine with a 10:1 ratio, where your goal is to finish building a mountain cabin.

You'll first have to manually crank the initial gear. Then, you'll progressively unlock new and better drivers for it, all while maintaining the 10:1 ratio for every subsequent gear (10 revolutions of gear n equal 1 revolution of gear n+1, where n is between 1 and 99).

You'll also need power generators to run those drivers. You will keep upgrading these until you reach the physical limits of the universe, at which point you'll have to build a brand-new universe that accounts for an upgraded googol machine.

Endgoal

Rinse and repeat until the final gear starts spinning. And it needs to spin a lot—a googol spins just to generate a single atom for your dream cabin in the mountains. It takes time, lots and lots of it, but in the end, you'll have completed the longest-running construction project in history (any history, anywhere in space and time)
