About

⛏️ Train your skills

Mine ore. Fish. Smith your own gear, cook what you catch, pick a few pockets, work a farm. Every skill levels up the way you'd expect from an idle RPG, and you take each one as far as you want. No clock, no pressure. You play at your own pace.

⚔️ Fight your way up

You start out fighting Goblins and work your way up to a Green Dragon. It's a real fight, and you'll need everything you've made to win it. Build your gear, brew your potions, go kill it. What happens after that, you'll find out when you get there.

😴 It runs while you're gone

Close the game and it keeps going without you. Come back and it catches you up on up to 24 hours of everything that ran while you were away, and shows you a report of it. Same game whether you're watching or not.

🌌 There's more to it

The skills you start with aren't all of it. The longer you play, the more opens up, more to do and more reasons to come back. We're not going to spoil it here. You'll find it.

🎨 Make it yours

Six themes to play in: Cosmic Voyage, Crimson Forge, Emerald Grove, Cyberpunk Neon, Amber Sands, and Obsidian Void. It's a premium desktop app. One purchase, that's it. No ads, no energy timers, no microtransactions.

⏳ Early Access

Monotony Idle is in Early Access. The core game is here and you can play it right now. We're still tuning balance, polishing, and adding content, and we're doing it out in the open with players. We'll see where it goes. Check the Early Access box above for the details.
