About

Play on!

Six players a side, two goals, and nobody to blow a whistle. You win the ball by taking it, or by taking the man holding it. If you spent the nineties playing cartridge-era football, you already know how this plays.

Tackle them!

Tackling is a power check. Go in hard with a harsh tackle and the stronger player stays standing. Get that wrong against a bigger opponent and you are the one on the floor watching him run away.

Super shots

The hardest shot in the game is not aimed, it is timed. Jump with the ball, charge your shot in mid-air, and release inside the sweet spot to let fly with something the goalkeeper will remember.

Special moves

Fire off a tornado kick, throw yourself into a diving header, or kick the ball straight through whoever is standing in the way and put them on the floor.

Kick off!

  • Modes: Pick from national teams, or create your own player!
  • Match settings: Play it dry or in the rain, activate extreme weather conditions
  • Controller support: Xbox gamepad and keyboard
  • Same screen multiplayer: Co-op or split across the two teams (up to 6 players)
  • Online multiplayer: Create or join a room and pick your position (up to 12 players)
  • Training: Drills from first touch to advanced

No AI art

FoulKick is built in Godot by a solo developer, Dizci. Every player and animation was modelled, rigged and rendered by hand in Blender, and the pitch and stadium along with them. None of the art is AI generated. The trailer music was composed and recorded in FL Studio.
