About
The pumps are running dry, there's a queue at the register, the delivery truck just showed up, and your friend is somewhere behind the building doing something they'll explain later.
This is fine. This is the job.
Four People, One Station
Highway Station Sim is a first-person management sim you can run with up to four players. There's genuinely enough work for all of you — fuel, shelves, orders, the register — and genuinely no system stopping you from all doing the same one while everything else falls apart.
Drop in any time. The station keeps running whether you're there or not.
Everything By Hand
You carry the nozzle to the car and hold it while the tank fills. You haul the crates off the truck and stock the shelves one item at a time. You stand at the register and take the money.
None of it is hard. All of it takes time. That's the whole trick.
Then The Power Goes Out
It goes dark. The pumps stop. The queue doesn't.
Your generator burns the same fuel you were about to sell, so every minute the lights are on is money going the wrong way — and if the tanks run dry while it's running, you get to do the dark part again. Solar panels don't care about the grid, which is a lesson most players learn the expensive way.
Build The Place Up
More pumps. Bigger tanks. Charging bays for the electric cars. Every upgrade you buy physically appears out there on the forecourt, and more traffic follows it in.
You wanted a bigger station. Now you have a bigger station.
Bring friends. Or don't — but bring friends.
