About

Sail the pixel seas. Defend your home waters. Rise through the ranks of the Brethren!

The Crown betrayed the privateers who won its war. Now the Brethren of the Coast send captains south to take back what's theirs, ten minutes at a time, one island at a time, until the seas fly the Jolly Roger.

TinyWind is a pixel-art pirate sailing passion project. Real wind. Real stakes. Your new home for quick pixel pirate shenanigans, a solo-dev game where one purchase unlocks it all.

Outsail. Outgun. Outloot.

Every voyage is ten minutes of open sea, patrol the trade lanes, dive on Royal merchants, chase a Phantom Dutchman through a thunderhead. Find mythic treasure to upgrade future runs. Befriend a Kraken, Stormling, or Parrot that follows you for life. The wind always blows.

Playable Today

  • Liberation: British Waters. Seven islands around Jamaica. Crown Cove at the heart. Beat
the patrol, then beat your own best time.
  • Liberation: Spanish Waters. Ten islands across the southern crossing. Galleon-led
armadas. The Bandera de España on every garrison.
  • Liberation: Dutch Waters. The VOC's East Indies frontier. Eight islands anchored on
Batavia Roads, with roaming convoys that patrol between ports so no water stays quiet.
  • Invasion: Tortuga. No win state. Both Crowns at your door. Skill trees per run, gold
from every kill, every node a permanent buy. Your record is the highest wave you cleared.
  • PvP Cove. Ranked captain-vs-captain broadside duels in shared waters. Climb the MMR
    ladder across eight tiers.

What's Coming Next

  • PvPvE Extraction Voyages, sail in, loot deep, sail out before the Hunter Fleet finds
    you.
  • Port Royal, a second Invasion siege.
  • More Sea Companions, more Cursed Cargo, more Brethren ranks.

This is your new home port. One purchase unlocks everything: every region, mode, and update from

here.

What Carries Between Runs

  • Mythic treasure. Eight Cursed Cargo legendaries to recover and equip. The Black Pearl
reloads cannons a second faster. The Trident of Poseidon owns the wind. The Aztec Gold trades hull
for damage. Every legendary you find arms every future run.
  • Rare companions. Sea Companions to keep for life: the Kraken, Reef Crab, and Stormling
rescued from ocean encounters, plus the Red Parrot earned out on the premium seas. Each one fights
at your side every voyage thereafter.
  • Ten ranks of Brethren Infamy. Climb the leaderboard, stamp your title on every dispatch.
  • 38 historical treasures per region, each linked to its real Wikipedia article. The
Koh-i-Noor. The Rosetta Stone. The Whydah Gally hoard. Naval history, one chest at a time.

The Wind Is Real

  • Hand-rolled sail physics. Points of sail, beam reach, dead upwind. The wind decides
    what's possible.
  • Procedural islands every run. Same archipelago shape, different approach every time.
  • Open-water encounters. Castaways, drifting wrecks, whirlpools, krakens, the Phantom
    Dutchman.
  • One Infamy ledger. Best British time, best Spanish time, best Dutch time, best Invasion
wave, all separate, all climbing the same Brethren rank.
