Description

Pinly is a castle-defense Plinko roguelike where your loadout IS the board. Weapons fire as the ball bounces through them, armor forms the zones below. Every piece of gear shapes the board. Upgrade between waves to build synergies that snowball, then drop the ball and watch the horde disappear.

About

Pinly is a Plinko roguelike that combines physics-based combat with loot management and wave-based castle defense.

A horde of monsters has decided that the peaceful kingdom of Hohg has had it too good for far too long... and now it’s time for an invasion.
Slot your weapons into the castle’s Plinko board, drop the ball, and deal damage as it bounces through your loadout. The path the ball takes is never guaranteed, but the builds you create determine just how much you can get out of every drop.

Each run, you defend your castle against increasingly powerful enemy waves. Between fights, visit the shop to buy, sell, upgrade, and manage your gear: weapons, armor, rings, and more. The right combination of items can turn a challenging wave into a clean sweep. The wrong one leaves you scrambling.

Weapons slot directly into the board, so your layout matters as much as what you've collected. Merge duplicate items into stronger versions to build toward a loadout that can handle whatever comes next. Every decision shapes the run.

  • Plinko board combat: weapons placed on the board deal damage as the ball passes through them
  • Loot management: build, upgrade, and refine your loadout between every wave
  • Wave-based castle defense: enemies grow stronger each day; survival depends on your build
  • Item merging and upgrading: combine weapons and armor to unlock more powerful versions
  • Roguelike runs: permanent death, fresh loot pools, and endless build variety
