Description
A 2000s psychological horror game about a young girl who uncovers a box of cursed 90s VHS cartridges in her new home. Play eerie PSX-style retro games on a CRT monitor while simultaneously managing threats in your dark bedroom. Balance nostalgic retro gameplay with real-time survival.
About
It is a stormy night in the early 2000s. You have just moved into a new home, and something in the dark is waiting.
After settling in, your father finds a dusty box in the attic left behind by the previous owners. Inside: a 90s video game console, a heavy CRT monitor, and a stack of unmarked cartridges. He tells you to leave them alone until morning. You don't listen.
Driven by curiosity, you plug in the console in the middle of the night. What begins as a nostalgic stroll through low-poly, liminal 90s games quickly turns into something far more disturbing.
Each tape holds a sinister history. As you progress deeper into the cartridges, the line between the screen and your room begins to blur.
You aren't just playing these games—you are awakening the curse trapped inside them. To uncover the truth of what happened in this house, you must keep playing, while constantly monitoring your bedroom and hiding from the entities spilling out of the screen.
