About

You wake up during the night from a loud, soul-screeching howl. The air raid's about to start... ah, fuck, not again. You only have a couple of minutes to reach the basement. Take cover for now, but hold on to your anger and turn it into a weapon to crush the menace before it destroys your home!

ZAIBALY is a retro-style first-person shooter set in a surreal version of a regular Ukrainian city during the full-scale russian invasion. You take on the role of a civilian who is fed up with constant bombing and destruction and decides to fight back. Use ad-hoc weapons made out of everyday objects to fight strange enemies and stop the invading force.

The game combines photorealistic 2D and low-poly 3D graphics to achieve a unique blend of classic retro shooters and rebellious hand-made aesthetics. Explore levels to open up new weapons and power-ups, save hidden artworks, and find out more about your neighbors. Survive wave after wave of enemies and aim for the big monstrosity in the sky. Take up your real-life frustration and vent it out in this allegorical power fantasy.

Show them what you're made of and how you feel!
