15+ heroes, each with a unique 12-skill kit — pick 4 per run. Stack stat cards mid-fight, forge gear from monster drops, and bank gold between runs for permanent upgrades. You start weak and build toward power across 10-minute runs: survive the scaling horde, kill the boss, climb the difficulty.
