Fool's Metal is a destruction-driven 2D platformer where every jump breaks the ground beneath you. Dig and slam your way through volatile hand-crafted levels, with multiple ways to complete each level. Mine and destroy everything in your path, or bend the world to your will.

BE THE DESTRUCTION
Every time you jump you break the surface below. Everything you step on shudders. Bend volatile levels to your will. Grapple out of sticky situations. Manipulate the environment by hooking things towards you.
IMPROVISE
Your giant chain-hook acts as both a method for quickly manoeuvring around and also a way to swiftly take out your opponents.
YOU'RE A FORCE
With your legendary skills, you are capable of using your explosive weight to jump over and explore large chambers, dash through projectiles and defeat lovable but powerful enemies. You didn't know you had such power, now you may as well use it.
NEVER MEANT TO BE A HERO
You're the Fool, a heavyset man from the Lands Above, who falls through the surface and enters the volatile Uderland. For hundreds of years, the Uder people have used the powers of the Io Spark to live underground, in hidden isolation from a world above ravaged by monsters and plague. But for some reason the Uder think you're legendary saviour. Maybe you are?
