Gliding Through is a simple yet elegant game designed to help you relax and calm down when you're feeling angry or frustrated.

It features a five-minute loop designed to gradually de-escalate your nervous system and leave you feeling more in control of yourself. The elegant, minimal graphics and music are designed to be soothing while also encouraging a state of flow.

This isn't something you play for hours and then move on from, but something you can come back to whenever life—or some other video game—has gotten on your nerves.

Note: The floaty controls may be challenging at first, but once you get used to them, they will feel fluid and enjoyable. Higher difficulty levels will require you to be fully present and precise with your movements.
