Description
A turn-based tactical strategy about evacuation coordination. As the voice on the radio, guide survivors through real-world city streets, manage squad roles, and calculate every move in deterministic combat before the expanding hazard zone engulfs the district.
About
TURN-BASED EVACUATION TACTICS ON REAL CITY MAPS
Inside command control, there is no view outside - only a tactical district grid, radio chatter, and squad telemetry. An evacuation order has been issued: a lethal hazard zone is consuming city blocks one by one, destroying buildings along with anyone left behind.
The coordinator's mission is simple in words and brutal in execution: locate survivors scattered across buildings and guide them to the evacuation point before retreat routes are cut off forever.
CORE MECHANICS
Real-World Urban Street Grid
Every sector is built upon authentic OpenStreetMap topography. Streets, intersections, apartment complexes, pharmacies, warehouses, and police stations match real-world layouts. Navigate dense alleys in Tokyo, or cross long avenues in Melbourne and New York where each extra transit burns precious turns.
Relentless Disaster Timer
The hazard zone expands every few turns across connected buildings. Engulfed structures are permanently destroyed along with all supplies and survivors trapped inside. The critical dilemma: detour to scavenge an armory or pharmacy, or push civilians directly toward the extraction point?
Deterministic Combat, Mines, and Maneuvers
No 95% hit-chance misses. The outcome of every encounter is strictly predictable, determined by squad combat strength, weapons, and tactical choices:
- Ambush and Mines: fighters can mine cleared buildings, detonating hostile pursuers;
- Maneuvers and Noise: sprinting speeds up movement but alerts distant threats. Coming to a full halt suppresses noise, letting roaming patrols pass by;
- Tactical Sacrifices: deploy bait items to divert threats, or order a cover action to hold off the enemy at the cost of a single volunteer's life.
Squad Splitting and Field Triage
Survivors are fighters, field medics, and defenseless civilians with unique traits:
- Splitting Forces: divide your squad into separate teams to cover multiple objectives simultaneously, or merge them to secure overwhelming combat strength;
- Medical Doctrine: configure triage protocols (Combat Readiness, Survival Priority, or Evacuation Priority) to dictate who receives scarce medical supplies first;
- Grim Choices: wounded survivors cut group movement speed in half. When the hazard zone closes in, the coordinator can order the squad to abandon the wounded to save the rest.
Global Campaign and My District Mode
- Campaign: chains of rescue operations across world metropolises (Melbourne, Tokyo, Paris, Berlin, New York, Istanbul) with escalating threat levels and tighter evacuation quotas;
- My District Mode: generate tactical operations using coordinates from anywhere on Earth. Coordinate evacuations on your own neighborhood streets.
ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS:
- 15–25 Minutes Per Run: focused, high-stakes tactical puzzle gameplay without filler.
- Tactical Display Aesthetic: immersive military command terminal with optional CRT distortion and scanline effects.
- Debriefing by Name: every operation ends with an itemized breakdown naming all survivors rescued and detailing the exact location and cause of death for those left behind.
