Street Claws: Cat and Mouse Racing

Description

The rules are simple.  Mouse cars are small, light, and slow.  Cat cars are big, heavy, and fast.  The team whose mouse car finishes the race first is the winner.  Each team has one mouse and at least one cat.  Cats do everything they can to keep competitors' mouse cars from getting a lead.
