"Shadow Duels", deathmatches that only happen at night against real rival Contractors and their Oni teams. Lose one, and you're pulled into The Underworld — a place of strange items, mysterious locations, and tasks at hand before you can return to the world of the living.
Yami Kids is a dark, retro-styled monster-taming RPG with 80+ Oni to collect, and a short story starring twins Yuki and Yuumi Yami. Follow along as they fight to survive both the Overworld they know, and the Underworld beneath it.
Meet the Yami Twins
Yuki Yami
A dependable older brother (by about five minutes) with a tongue as sharp as his dagger eyes. Yuki will do anything to protect his "little" sister — even delving into the Underworld and back.
Yuumi Yami
The adorable younger sister with an unusual obsession with fire and creepy things. Cute on the outside, Yuumi's wacky personality is a direct reflection of the twins' harsh upbringing in The Slums.
