A pixel-art horde survival roguelite on a monster-infested frontier. Dodge, shoot and stack perks to survive the swarm. Spend your loot on permanent upgrades at the General Store, then face the next run stronger. They are not friendly and you also don't have to be friendly. Keep that mutual!

They Are Not Friendly is a pixel-art horde survival game for anyone who's ever thought
"I bet I could take on thousand Monsters at once" and needed somewhere to test that theory.
Survive an Absolutely Unreasonable Number of Enemies They keep coming.
We don't know why. Neither do they, probably. Dodge, shoot, panic gracefully.
Use Super Powers and more
Stack perks and upgrades mid-run until you're less "greenhorn" and more "regional emergency." Results may vary. Results will probably not vary.
The General Store: Now Slightly Understocked on Miracles
Spend your hard-earned loot on five permanent upgrades. The store cannot promise you'll survive. The store can promise you'll survive slightly better than last time, which is honestly all any of us can ask for.
Die. Get an Itemized Receipt. Try Again.
Every death comes with a full, humiliatingly detailed payout screen, so you know exactly how many bullets, bandages, and bad decisions it took to get you here. Educational, in a sense.
They are not friendly. You, however, can be extremely rude back.
