Sickness Says is a 4–8 player co-op social deduction game where you physically repair a failing station, obey real Sickness commands, ignore fake ones, and uncover the hidden Infected before the station collapses.
Sickness Says is a 4–8 player co-op social deduction game where you and your crew physically repair a failing station while obeying bizarre commands from Sickness.
But not every command is real.
You may need to freeze in place, find another player, keep your distance, raise your hands, touch a wall, or suddenly stop what you are doing in the middle of an important repair. Ignore a real command or follow a fake one, and the station takes the hit.
Meanwhile, one player is secretly Infected.
The Infected receives part of the upcoming Sickness information early, giving them a chance to prepare, mislead the crew, and turn normal mistakes into disasters without making their sabotage obvious.
Your crew must keep the station alive by completing physical co-op tasks such as carrying heavy batteries, pumping failing systems, connecting power cables, synchronizing breakers, transporting fragile coolant, cranking generators, and sealing pressure leaks.
The problem is that Sickness never waits for a convenient moment.
A command can arrive while two players are hauling a battery, while someone is holding a valve under pressure, or seconds before a fragile task is completed. Every interruption creates another opportunity for panic, suspicion, and stupid decisions.
Key Features
Fix the station. Follow the real commands. Ignore the fake ones. Find the Infected.
And when Sickness speaks, make sure it actually said so.
