Description

In New York, private detective Ikeda Sen happens upon the enigmatic Lila shortly before his client, Walton, hands him a strange device. And in Japan, Izumozaki Neneko stumbles upon a corpse by the canal on her way to school. Two unrelated stories unfold, intersecting in bizarre and unexpected ways.
