There are treatments and sources of help for visible injuries. Yet many people carry emotional wounds for the rest of their lives.
They pretend nothing is wrong. They pretend to be fine. Some are even afraid to ask for help. This story shares ideas and insights about emotional self-help.
When no one comes to our aid, we do what we can to help ourselves. I hope this story can offer something helpful to people who have experienced trauma.

The Adventures of Bunny and Pig is a short interactive storybook centered on reading and dialogue choices. Accompany Pig on a journey away from the monsters. Through a series of story scenes, come to understand Pig's fears and hesitation, make choices, and discover where different responses may lead.
The story explores childhood trauma, self-doubt, seeking help, and rebuilding trust through the experiences of Pig and Bunny.
Feelings that are difficult to explain to others may gradually become easier to recognize and understand through their story.
This is a journey of learning how to live again: recognizing the harm you have experienced, trying to accept help, gathering courage little by little, and rediscovering peace in everyday life.
