About

Masterstone is an old-school action RPG with roguelite elements, built around challenge and replayability. Every run is unique. Levels, enemies, loot, abilities, and even parts of the story are procedurally generated, so no two playthroughs are ever the same. Runs are focused and self-contained, typically lasting a few hours and often ending in death.

Randomly dropped skills and loot force improvised builds, keeping each run fresh. Combat is deliberate and dangerous. Every enemy is a threat, resources are limited, and death is punishing and can be game-ending. Long-term progression unlocks new classes, giving you new ways to tackle future runs. Play solo or team up with friends in multiplayer co-op.
