Zakon is set in the country of Krasnogorie. 80 years ago, when yet another great war was over, the country was on its lowest point it has ever been to. Thank to the supreme Vozhd, Krasnogorie got many reforms to bring back the old glory. Now, with the extremely industrialized world, Krasnogorie stands among other countries with its home-made technologies. Or at least that what they say.
The story begins exactly 80 years after the war. You play as a new police division, displaying the newest jet on a parade of the Victory. However, it seems like the social tension has been rising increasingly fast after the incorporation of the social score in the citizen's life. Your journey starts by maintaining the peace in the capital of Krasnogorie - Rostovgrad
